Usage 

1 is mainly used as a lubricant, water repellent, solvent, carrier oil and a synthetic resin toughening agent. Chemical reagents used primarily as gas chromatography stationary phase (maximum temperature 120 ℃). 

2 can be used in fragrances and food flavors and formulations. Commonly used in baked goods, frozen dairy products, beverages. 

Production methods 

1 by the esterification of oleic acid and ethanol. The sulfuric acid in ethanol was added and heated at reflux for 10 hours. Cooling, methanol and sodium to pH8-9, washed with water to neutral, anhydrous calcium chloride drying, filtration, oil ethyl ester.
