Description:
Beta-Cyclodextrin(β-CD) is the product of glucosyltransferase and starch , white crystalline powder , is the dextrin with 7 dextroses coonnected by α-1.4 bond. There are a hole in this molecule, which can react with lots of chemicals and form compound. The solubility of beta-cyclodextrin is 1.85.
