Product Description

Magnesium Stearate

Composition: The product is a mixture mainly composed of magnesium stearate (C36H70MgO4) and magnesium palmitate (C32H62MgO4).

Properties: It is white, slightly loose, fine powder, no grittiness, insoluble in water, ethanol or ether.

Quality indicators: In accordance with Designated Standard-10, Public Notice No. 8, 2011 of the Ministry of Health of People’s Republic of China

Application: As emulsifying agent, anti-caking agent; used in candid fruit, preserved fruit, cocoa products, chocolate, chocolate products (including chocolate with cocoa butter) and candy; it also has lubricating, anti-adhesion and flow aiding functions during processing.

Use level: Add appropriate amount according to production needs; maximum use level in preserved fruits is generally 0.8g/kg.

Storage: Keep in cool, dry and well-ventilated place.

Package: Packed with pp bags lined with polyethylene film, 10kg/bag.

Period of validity: Three years.
